Bartender

Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner. Your friendly demeanor and ability to create a welcoming atmosphere will contribute to the overall positive experience of our patrons.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change
- Monitor alcohol consumption of customers to prevent overindulgence and ensure a safe environment
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area
- Restock bar supplies, such as liquor, glassware, garnishes, and ice, as needed
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines when handling food items or garnishes

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods
- Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures is a plus

**Salary**: £8.50-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Holidays
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
