HR Coordinator

Anderson Knight's client are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a full time position, with an early finish on Fridays and based onsite in Inverclyde. As the HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective HR service to the business, handling day-to-day queries, and supporting key HR projects and case management.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Managing the administrative and transactional aspects of the HR department throughout the employee life cycle
- Updating and maintaining employee records
- Managing HR-related queries in the shared mailbox
- Assist with payroll processing
- Assist with recruitment processes
- Book training courses
- Track holidays and leave of absences.
**To be considered for this role, you should have**:
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced HR department
- Exceptional attention to detail excellent communication skills
- The ability to build strong relationships with all levels of staff
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team
- The Ability to prioritize workload effectively
- Have experience working with large amounts of data
- Knowledge of GDPR legislation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
