**To be considered, you should have the following experience**:
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Strong knowledge of Laptops and Desktops
- Strong knowledge of Network Printers
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good documentation and time management skills
- Good knowledge of Virtualisation (Hyper-V/VMware)
- Good knowledge of Networking
- Understanding of Active Directory
