**No specific experienced needed, as this role will be with full training provided, you will be put on a training programme and your rate will increase when you are productive**

**Job purpose**

The purpose of the role is to support the factory in getting quality glass out to our customers. We are looking for a member of staff on our midshift which will operate the furnace

**What you'll be doing..**

Key accountabilities of the role holder include:
Labouring within the factory with a view to operating machinery specifically the furnace.
