Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Farm Hand to join our team.

We are looking for a fit and energetic individual to join our team on our 4 acre flower farm. Labour duties will include digging, planting, weeding, lifting & carrying, and general maintenance. We work in all weather conditions in the field, polytunnels, and packing barn. No field experience needed but a willingness to get stuck in and become a respected member of the team - full training will be given. 18 years or older only. Drivers license and own transport essential.

Qualifications:

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and heavy lifting
- Knowledge of using power tools and hand tools preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of ground works, fencing, irrigation preferred but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
