We have an opportunity for someone with a strong commitment to support the learning through apprenticeships of current and future staff at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. As the Apprenticeship Coordinator you will play a critical role in promoting, supporting and facilitating staff through their apprenticeship journey, building knowledge of the process and of education providers to act as the primary resource for our interested learners.

This post is a Band 4 role and it comes with a high degree of autonomy to develop the apprenticeship coordination and support offer across a wide range of staff and education providers.

The post holder will work in a friendly team and will be based in a busy shared office within the department. You will need to be able to learn
quickly to follow complex systems and to become an efficient and effective member of the team, who can respond in an appropriate and timely
way. You will need to be calm when under pressure, to present a professional and friendly manner to all stakeholders you interact with.

Flexibility is essential to adapt to the competing demands and requests, as well as to cover for colleagues when required. Experience and competency of managing multiple systems and databases is essential.

The hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 37.5 hour week

The Apprenticeship Coordinator will work as part of the Education Department providing effective, professional and quality
administration support, enabling the department to fulfil its function to a high quality standard.
Your main role will be to be involved in all aspects of co-ordination of apprenticeships, apprenticeship programmes and the support required for
them.
Support will also be provided to the Head of Education and Apprenticeships and other senior members of the Education team. The post holder
will manage his/her own workload working however advice will be given as required.
