Sinclair are currently recruiting for a PMO Coordinator at their Chester office

The PMO Coordinator will work across multiple global sites and projects and oversee the administration needs of projects and programmes to support overall governance and effective performance management under the Project Management Framework.

The PMO Coordinator will be responsible for supporting a common set of best practices, principles and templates for managing projects. The PMO Coordinator will have great communication, administration skills and proficiency using Microsoft 365 suite and MS Project.

**Hours of work: Monday to Friday 37 hours**

**Location: Eden House, Lakeside, Chester Business Park, Cheshire, CH4 9QT**

**Key responsibilities**
- Coordinating PMO processes, systems/tools ensuring governance is adhered to and that reporting is actioned by Project Managers
- Organise and schedule project meetings with Steering Groups, Project Managers and other stakeholders. Support preparation of materials for the meetings. Take minutes at the meetings capturing decisions, actions, benefits and RAIDs. Follow up and update PMO systems
- Work with Project Managers to maintain and monitor project plans, budgets and expenditures
- Support non-experienced project managers and sponsors with training / resources

**Your Skills & Experience - Do You Have What it Takes?**
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft 365 suite and MS Project
- Awareness and understanding of Project Management
- Solid organisational skills, including multi-tasking and time-management
- Carry out specific duties as may be reasonably requested by the management team

- Stakeholder management: Identify stakeholders, analysis their expectations and influences and develop appropriate strategies to work with them in key project decisions and activities
- Prioritisation: Focus on managing the project portfolio to ensure that projects are successfully achieving value-added deliverables using the Project Management Governance and Framework
- Organisation skills: Conduct detailed analysis during the project to communicate risks, priorities, and activities to avoid issues and meet necessary timelines
