Here at Merton College, we are seeking an MIS Administrator to ensure that learner enrolment data has been transposed into EBS accurately and in a timely manner, updating learner records where errors are present. You will ensure that internal data validation report errors are investigated promptly and amended, and liaise with the MIS Administrative Team Leader, continually reviewing data capture processes to ensure that data errors are consistently reduced or eliminated and contribute to training sessions as required.

We’d like our MIS Administrator to have experience of working effectively with computerised systems and databases, including the use of spreadsheets. Able to work accurately according to set procedures, you’ll communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, at all levels, and work effectively under pressure to adhere to strict deadlines.

Working knowledge of FE information systems is desirable, but not essential.
