We have a great opportunity to work in our PMO team within our Partnership Change department as a PMO Analyst.
Salary is £29,330 per annum, full time/part time welcome working in a hybrid capacity at our site in Swindon.
**The role**
- Co-ordinate reporting for projects and provide analysis of performance
- Develop and maintain the management dashboard for the portfolio, ensuring its accuracy
- Conduct regular assurance reviews to ensure Project Managers are adhering to management strategies, e.g., Risk, Issues, Information, Financial
**About you**:
You will:
- Prioritise and manage own workload effectively, with support from Senior Specialist and SME
- Be able to communicate at all levels, with good verbal and written skills, experience of influencing senior managers
- Demonstrate an understanding of the role PMO plays in Change Delivery
- Work collaboratively on cross-team/pillar tasks and projects to achieve business objective
- Proactively look for way to improve processes and contribute effectively to the business.
