R&G’s Tap House is a new venue, based within a new development called The Congleton Market Quarter, in the heart of Congleton. It has been designed to be a neighbourhood taproom, offering great beers on draught as well as bottle & can. It is the sister venue of R&G’s Beer Vault in Macclesfield.

The Congleton Market Quarter will host a collection of bars, eateries, artisan markets, workspaces, residential and outdoor spaces that will bring people together and help the local economy thrive.

Open until 11pm, 5 days a week (Weds-Sun), we will offer 14 draught beers (7 core, 7 rotating styles/breweries), up to 100 different craft & traditional beers in cans & bottles, and a modest range of spirits and wines. We will mainly be serving customers onsite, but customers may take cans & bottles away.

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic individuals, who will take the role of Part Time Bar Staff, that can work as well on their own as they do as part of our small team. Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role. In addition, the role will incorporate all aspects of helping to run a hospitality/retail business - first and foremost serving guests, recommending beers, assisting on event nights, and providing a welcoming environment. Further responsibilities may include stock control, occasional cash handling and ensuring the venue is clean, secure and safe at all times.

**Key Role and Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Carry out daily duties in the professional and friendly way our customers expect from us
- Assist with sales
- Provide first class customer service in R&G’s Tap House serving customers, helping make the premises look its best at all times and maintain stock levels.
- Carry out other customer service related tasks as required including some stock checks and other basic activities.

**Salary**: Competitive (to be discussed at interview stage)
