**What about your role?**

As a DHL Supply Chain Colleague, you will be playing your part in keeping the world moving by accurately picking and sorting packages for our customers. We need you to:

- Ensuring all quality checks are met, stock is picked and put away in agreed timescales
- Loading and unloading stock using MHE equipment
- Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair working environment for team members
- Deliver team member performance reviews, development and/or succession planning as appropriate
- Manage all disciplinary and grievance issues (complaints) in line with HR policy
- Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced

**What are the requirements?**
- An MHE license would be preferred but not essential, full training will be provided
- Previous and practical experience as a supervisor or Team Leader within a supply chain environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain practices
- Computer literate with a practical knowledge of logistics software packages
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organise and train direct reports
