We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team within the Maintenance Department as our Maintenance Co-Ordinator.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- To administrate and support the maintenance department at The Ritz London
- To ensure the smooth running and operation of the hotel
- To both proactively and reactively ensure all maintenance administration is completed promptly
- To co-ordinate and administer the maintenance reporting system

**ENTRY REQUIREMENTS**
- Relevant experience in engineering or maintenance departments, preferably within the luxury hotel sector
- Strong administrative ability and confidence using computer systems
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels, both internal and external to the company
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills, with attention to detail being paramount.
