**About Home Farm Café**

Home Farm Café is located on a National Trust estate called Parke near Bovey Tracey. Independently owned the café has become very popular with both locals and visitors, has achieved numerous awards, such as Gold Taste of the West, Gold for Best Café/Tea Room in South Devon, Gold for Visit Devon and has even achieved a Silver in the South West Tourism Awards.

**About the Role**

We are seeking an all-rounder with a passion for coffee. As an experienced barista you will have worked in a busy setting and focused on maintaining standards. You may have supervisory experience and wish to advance your career in hospitality. The role will involve making coffee to a high standard but also a willingness to work across front of house covering all roles when needed.

**About you**

You will have Barista experience in a quality and busy setting. This can be a supervisory role if you have experience but a willingness to progress will be afforded the opportunity to do so. First class people skills and a good work ethic are essential.

**The Package**

This could be a full-time or part time position and days off can be flexible but weekend working will be required. We value a work-life balance so will always rotate weekend working, provide rotas three weeks ahead and do our very best to remain flexible with shifts. The hourly rate is dependant on age and experience and can be discussed at interview.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £8.00-£12.44 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
