Npd Administrator

An exciting opportunity for the right person to join an established team based in Ashbourne Derbyshire. This role will support the team to enable growth and development of new, tasty and exciting products.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Loading information onto the ERP Database system for continual updates and new products
- Updating Product Development Set Up Folders and self-auditing them for missing information
- Printing out (to scale) Artworks for subsequent checking.
- Checking Back of Pack Copy and Artworks against previous iterations and using a translation dictionary
- Issuing and laminating Recipes and Specifications to the bakery and retrieving old versions and then updating a central matrix
- Reviewing Raw Material Specs for preparation of haccp communication of change documents
- Controlling warehouse Sample Stock and keeping a stock list of same
- Chasing suppliers for information and samples of new ingredients
- Typing up meetings minutes and notes
- Any other varied admin tasks that become necessary on an ongoing basis

**ENTRY REQUIREMENTS**
- Proficient user of with Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience of using an ERP Data Base system
- High Fluency in reading and writing English
- Good team worker
- Tidy and organised within an office
- Able to work under timeline pressure for deadlines

**Salary range pro rata, this role is 60% FTE. Can be flexible to cover 3-5 days per week.**

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
