Barista

The Glass House at Houghton Lodge Gardens near Stockbridge, at the heart of the Test Valley, is an exciting new venture headed up by Wilds Events and Management. They are now recruiting for Baristas to work.

If you want to work as part of a successful and exciting team and provide customers with an exceptional standard of food and service then you are just the person we are looking for.

**Responsibilities** **for** **Barista**:

- Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards
- Properly handle and maintain all equipment
- Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
- Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
- Observe relevant health and safety standards

**Qualifications** **for** **Barista**:

- Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to read and speak English proficiently
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Ability to problem solve quickly
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow directions

Part-time positions available. Competitive salary plus excellent tips.
