**Job Overview**

Routine planned maintenance tasks and reactive maintenance repairs on both equipment and buildings in accordance with current legislation.

**Main Duties**
- Carry out work in a safe manner in accordance with site rules and regulations.
- Appreciation of industry standard safe working practices including permit to work systems, COSHH, risk assessments and accident/incident reporting.
- Interpret site works drawings.
- Install timber stud partitioning walls.
- Installation and assembly of doors windows inclusive of all furniture.
- Maintenance and overhaul of all door closure systems.
- Knowledge and practice of basic formwork skills.
- Ensure that all work is undertaken within the job holder's own level of demonstrated competence.
- Ad hoc duties as requested by management team.

**What we are looking for**
- Time served craftsman in relevant discipline.
- Previous experience in the discipline area.
- Appreciation of industry safety standards and procedures.
- Experience of working within a customer focused environment.
- Personal and Plant safety.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual.
- Willingness and ability to participate in task audits/near miss reporting/plant audits etc.
- Takes responsibilities for own actions.
- Keenness to pro-actively improve housekeeping.
