Gymnastics Coach

You will be in charge of coaching groups within our gym calendar, such as WAG, MAG, and Pre School, as part of recreational and squad development programmes, while working with the Gymmagic Team and the Head Coach. This will involve general coaching, session planning, helping the gymnasts through competitions as needed, and overall gym maintenance, collecting gymnasts' data on Class4Kids. Both our programmes and all of our systems will receive training. You will be able to provide a top-notch gymnastics experience while functioning in accordance with our standards and processes.

Person Specification

We are searching for welcoming, self-assured coaches who are outstanding time managers, have a positive attitude, and want to alter the game. Regardless of experience, you will appreciate input as part of your development as we continually try to improve. Self-motivated, you'll like working in a dynamic team environment but also be able to manage your own workload and be ultimately in charge of your gymnasts' and coaching groups' growth and safety. You will have direct customer communication and expectation management experience. Role and Responsibilities

Due to the nature of our work you will be required to submit a DBS check. We are proud of our affiliation with British Gymnastics and encourage as well as comply with all required Safeguarding standards.

Contract length: 6-32 months
Part-time hours: 5-20 per week

**Salary**: £7.00-£12.00 per hour
