My client is a successful Mortgage firm. The company's main aim is to provide the best and most impartial advice available to their customers.

Due to business growth the company are currently looking for a Mortgage Processor to join them, they are based in Mansfield.

Location: Mansfield

The working hours within this position are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm.

**Key responsibilities**:
To support Mortgage Advisors with their cases and progress them through to completion, Speak to customer and assist them with their enquiry about their mortgage case, update customer files and liaise with broker, solicitors and customers.

Key attributes:

- Excellent English written skills and telephone manner, must have experience in dealing with all types of clients from different backgrounds
- Must be able to demonstrate initiative and ability to time manage and prioritise cases through to completion
- Desire to progress in a professional and growing business
