Our client, a Motorcycle Manufacturing company based in Hinckley, has an opportunity for a Waste Management Operative to join their team on an ongoing basis

The job:

- Collecting Cardboard
- Emptying Stillage’s
- Operating Bailing machines
- Collecting other General Waste around site
- Litter picking outside when required
- Other duties maybe required at quiet times
- Some heavy lifting required
- Using Counterbalance FLT for other duties

**An accredited Counterbalance FLT licence is essential (not in house licence)**

**Pay is £14.12 p/h**

**Working week - Monday to Friday**

**39 to 47.5 hours per week (between 7am to 5pm)**
- Has bailer experience but training can be provided
- Be self-motivated to work on own initiative
