Resturant Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards
- Create and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and increase profitability
- Train and develop team members in areas such as hospitality, food preparation, and food safety
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely delivery of orders
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including bartending, food preparation, and food safety
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Culinary background is a plus
**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
**Salary**: £12.50-£12.75 per hour
