**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site, role for a Gluing Minder located in Norwich. As a Gluing Minder, your responsibilities will include leading a team of 3 on a high-speed modern gluing line. You will also be responsible for set ups and throughput to agreed quality standards and performance levels.

**What we are looking for**:

- A qualified Gluing operator with minimum of 2 years experience.
- A positive attitude, good team working, organizational and communication skills.
- Prior experience operating and maintaining gluing machines in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of carton packaging production processes
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet quality standards
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

**Shift Pattern**:
Rotating shifts in a department that works 24 hours per day, 0600 Monday to 2100 Friday.
