**Compliance Coordinator - Hull - Modular Construction**

We are recruiting for an experienced Compliance Coordinator for our client, a rapidly growing modular building company - the role will be based at their head office in Hull.

The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for the administration of the company’s integrated management system covering environmental, quality, health and safety management system. They will also be responsible for providing support to the SHEQ team in both Ireland and the UK and to drive the development of a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring compliance to ISO standards of the Integrated Management System and company Quality Assurance.
- Providing support to the SHEQ team to drive the development of a culture of continuous improvement within the company.
- Control of IMS documentation including version, review and issuing documents to SharePoint and Intranet.
- Assist with maintenance of external certification and awards entries to ISO, BOPAS certification, Cyber Essentials, NISO, BSC, CHAS, Constructionline and others.
- Assisting in production of weekly/monthly reporting (monthly EHS metrics, BIM weekly issues, site inspection scores, training gap analysis, incident statistics etc)
- Review training needs, book courses, update training records
- DSE Assessments
- Management and filing of SHEQ records and documentation

An internal auditor qualification and experience in Modular, Construction or Manufacturing would be desirable.
