Buying Merchandiser

The Merchandiser will be responsible for expertly managing inventory level of high-quality products. This individual will work closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency and high standards.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented General eCommerce Merchandiser to join our fast-paced procurement team. As the Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring sales amount, calculating order amount, coaching different parties to achieve on-time delivery. Your expertise in supplier relationships and analysis skill will contribute to Keplin Group Limited's success in the e-commerce landscape.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies that align with Keplin Group Limited's e-commerce objectives and customer preferences.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from data analysis to order placement, inventory management, and fulfilment.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and sales performance, optimising stock levels for efficient order fulfilment.
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, driving collaboration, and continuous improvement in product quality and service level.
- Work closely with buyers and supply chain team to execute order replenishment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in merchandising / demand planner / buying
- Experience in project management software e.g. Asana, Clickup is preferred.
- Experience buying and dealing with factories is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments and with external partners.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and project management capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving business environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
