Factory Worker

Recruit4Staff are pleased to be representing their client, a leading FMCG company in their search for 10 Factory Workers to work in their leading Manufacturing facility in Hortonwood Telford.

**For the successful Factory Workers our client is offering**:
i. Temporary to Permanent positions

ii. Monday-Friday 6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm

ii. Competitive hourly rate £9.60 - £9.75 per hour DOE

iv. HOURLY RATE WILL INCREASE TO £10.56 - £10.73 FROM APRIL

v. Clean, modern working environment, Working on some of the most advanced Printing machinery in the Country

vi. Overtime opportunities

viii. 25 days holidays plus bank holidays

**The Role - Factory Worker**:
i. Running machines to produce Packaging for the FMCG industry

ii. Machine minding

iii. Loading & Unloading machines

iv. Making sure products are produced to the required standard

v. Reading from instructions to set the machine up correctly

vi. Involved in learning all aspects of the Production Line, as it's quite Mechanical / Hands on

**What our client is looking for in a Factory Worker**:
i. Strong willingness to learn is ESSENTIAL as there are opportunities to progress within the business

ii. Good working attitude

iii. Previous Manufacturing/FMCG experience
- **ESSENTIAL**
iv. Ability to run/Operate a Machine
