Authentic Korean BBQ restaurant YORI is recruiting a professional and experienced Supervisor to join the team at our Brighton branch

About YORI Brighton:
Providing the great taste of Korean ‘YORI’ outside of the hectic busy environment of central London. Serving authentic, delicious, traditional Korean cuisine staples and top quality mouth-watering Korean BBQ - done properly - in a largely spacious dinner hall and charmingly decorated interior. Boasting separated barbeque and non-barbeque dining areas, Yori Wimbledon takes pride in the capability to accommodate and cater for all party sizes, ranging from quick lunch break meals to large group functions, whilst always provisioning excellent and attentive customer-orientated service.

What we expect from our Supervisor:

- Supervision of the team and deputising for the General Manager
- Have at least 2 years of restaurant experience in the food/hospitality industry
- Be knowledgeable about food safety & hygiene standards for caterers
- Must be available to work full days, evenings and weekends
- Must be fluent in English language
- Passionate about food and customer service
- Dedicated to creating an outstanding customer experience
- Be a great team player and leader
- Be hands-on-approach and have problem-solving abilities

Job responsibilities include:

- ensuring the restaurant floor is always operating smoothly
- recruiting, training and supervising staff, planning staff rotas
- agreeing and managing budgets, keeping statistical and financial records
- ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety guidelines
- promoting and marketing the business
- overseeing stock levels, ordering supplies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From £12.70 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 42.5 per week
