Mobile Cleaner

We are looking to recruit a Mobile Cleaner on a permanent basis to cover a portfolio of Residential/Social Housing sites in the NW6 area.

Previous professional Cleaning experience is required.

You will need to have a Full UK Driving Licence, but a Company Vehicle is provided.

**Responsibilities - Cleaning Operative / Mobile Cleaner**:

- Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
- Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
- Hovering of carpeted areas.
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
- Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
- Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels
- Clean toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks
- Clean communal kitchen areas

**Salary**: £13.15 per hour
