**Responsibilities**:
Manage a team of Service Sales Engineers, responsible for efficient and accurate, processing and completion of enquiries.

Working with the area supervisors and co-ordinators, you will produce high quality quotations and tenders.

Lead the Service Sales team.

Produce tenders and quotations for presentation and approval by the Service Manager.

Collate all information into quotation file including engineer report, mechanical & electrical drawings.

Liaise with parts team, technical support, field engineer and production to establish required parts and materials.

Produce costing sheet with itemised parts, quantities etc.

Work in conjunction with (controls, technical support, sales) divisions to produce collective quotations.

Inputting of quotations.

Record and report monthly values, gross profit, cost of sales etc.

Strong commercial knowledge and understanding

Profit and loss experience.

Strong leadership skills and methodical process driven

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technical knowledge in Chilled water systems and general refrigeration.

Commercial sensitivity.

Experience of FM, HVAC etc.

Experience with 3rd party suppliers and sub-contractors.

Experience with field engineering resource.

Managing expectations within service delivery.
