Children and Young People Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled, adaptable and self-motivated individual with a proven track record working with Children and Young People and the ability to effectively engage with them and develop positive relationships.
Our Workers will be expected to provide knowledge, experience, assistance & support in order to maintain a safe & stable family environment, with the wellbeing of our Young People at heart.

Our aim is to bridge the gap between car and service, meaning that we will fully entrusting in yourself to provide the appropriate care to our young people, in turn you can ensure you have a team working solely on your behalf, to ensure your service expectations are met at our end.
Conflict resolution is crucial to this role. We need to ensure our workers are solution driven, with great communication skills, in order to maintain a calm, professional and caring approach, whilst in hostile situations and environments.
Report writing will be crucial to your role which is read by social services and court.
Children’s Support Worker Requirements:
- Valid UK Right To Work with 12+ Months Experience in a similar role
- Full CV inc. Employment History (Any Breaks Longer Than 2 Weeks Must be Accounted For)
- Enhanced DBS (Vulnerable Children & Adults), Registered on the Update Service. (CarePro will aim to assist with this, should you have any difficulty).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support
- It is highly desirable that you are a driver for this position
- Days and night shifts are available for this role
