**About the role**

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and resilient Behaviour Mentor, to join our

Behaviour Team at St CuthbertMayne.

In this role, youwill:

- Monitor the school’s behaviour activity feed and liaise with the Behaviour

Support Lead
- Support students who have been asked to leave their lesson because they are

not meeting our high expectations
- Re-engage students with the curriculum so they don’t fall behind with their

learning
- Create andmaintain calm and purposeful learning environment in the

Behaviour Centre
