**Role Overview**:
As a Production Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including production, logistics, and management, to support the efficient execution of projects and the overall production workflow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor production schedules to ensure timely execution of orders.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering production materials as needed.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure equipment and machinery are properly maintained and functioning.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, materials usage, and any issues encountered.
- Generate production reports and performance metrics for management review.

- Proficiency in using productivity software and tools, including MS Office Suite.
