Barker Munro has two vacancies within the remediation team for this innovative, expanding insurance organisation.
We are seeking experienced complaint handlers, preferably with experience of working within a regulated environment.
As a Complaints Handler, you will be required to review complaints, to include complaint communication, investigation detail, remediation given, complaint response, compliance against process and assessment of whether decision was correct.
The role will be working Monday to Friday and will initially be a contract role. This organisation has exciting development plans so there could be a great future ahead.
