**The Science Graduate / Inside Sales Coordinator Role**

Once fully trained, you will perform the following roles & responsibilities as a Graduate Inside Sales Coordinator:

- Deliver excellent customer service through verbal and written communication.
- Create proposals & quotations for Enzyme Development and Manufacturing services.
- Process sample requests and lab work requests and routine follow up.
- Update the company CRM system with contact details and communications.
- Qualify and follow up on leads from marketing, exhibitions and downloaded marketing material.
- Proving internal sales and customer service administrative support covering quotations, sales order processing, invoicing, and regulatory documentation.

You will be a recent Science Graduate with good communication, customer service, planning and organisation skills. You will be a proactive, fast learner with a commitment to developing strong, technical product knowledge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate who is outgoing, fun and loves working as part of a team.
