We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a Social Media / Admin Assistant at our office in Wirral. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build and showcase your social media skills while supporting our administrative tasks.

Contract Details:

- Position: Social Media, Marketing & Admin Assistant
- Weekly Hours: 35 hours per week
- Mon - Thursday 09:00 - 17:00 & Friday 09:00 - 14:00

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the day-to-day running of our social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling social, and engaging with our online community.
- Ensure our social media presence aligns with our brand identity and promotes our products effectively.
- Manage the organisations Google My Business account.
- Raise sales invoices & process purchase invoices in the accounting software
- Provide administrative support to ensure all job packs, paperwork and reports are completed on time, thereby allowing work to be invoiced promptly and suppliers paid correctly, diary management.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of social media platforms and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
- Familiarity with office administration tasks and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience using Xero desirable.
- Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory.

- GCSE or equivalent
- English

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing (1 year minimum).
- Proven experience in an administration role.
- Computer skills especially with Microsoft Office packages.
- High standard of written communication.
- Confident and articulate manner in dealing with customers by telephone.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work to changing priorities & tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to work in an autonomous role coupled with the ability to plan and organise workload effectively and balance working in a team environment.
