Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with our client, based in Batley, who are looking to recruit an Aftersales Coordinator to effectively manage customer related queries, faults and issues until an outcome is achieved.
Ideally you will have experience of working within a customer service focused environment within a motor, engineering or manufacturing environment and have a clear understanding of processes and regulations involved with an aftersales fault.
Duties & responsibilities will include:

- Thorough investigation and documentation of customer vehicle faults/issues from point of initial call to the closure of the case
- Arranging any third party investigations of the vehicles eg subcontractor
- Calculate quotes for repairs
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all relevant areas of the issue are investigated
- Responsible for remaining impartial and competent whilst being proactive in getting the issue resolved for the customer
- Ensuring to provide a high quality customer service at all times
- Ensuring accurate recording of all information on the company database
- Providing professional advice and support in all correspondence and phone communication
- Composing letters to send the customer at various stages of the case through to the final response letter
- Escalating any serious complaints to Management promptly
- Assisting in identifying common trends and issues
- Be personable/customer service focused
- Have good product knowledge (training provided)
- Have good literacy & numeracy skills
- Be proactive and efficient
- IT literature
- Highly organised/process driven
- Ability to cope well under pressure
