**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver curriculum content for Hairdressing courses.
- Plan and execute captivating lectures, workshops, and practical sessions.
- Provide personalized support and guidance to students, fostering an enhanced learning experience.
- Evaluate and assess student performance through diverse methods, including exams, assignments, and practical assessments.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, incorporating relevant advancements into the curriculum.
- Collaborate with peers to augment the overall educational experience.

**Qualifications**:

- A relevant degree or certification in Hairdressing.
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in the Hairdressing industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
