As a Breakfast Food and Beverage Assistant at Macdonald’s Hotels, you lead the front line in a critical, customer-facing role.

Delivering a memorable breakfast guest experience is important to you. You take pride in making a difference, paying attention to detail, and always seeking to anticipate our guests’ needs.

This role is ideal if you have experience in a similar customer-facing role in hospitality. However, if you have worked in a quality-led customer service role in a different industry and are willing to learn, we will provide you with training and the opportunity to thrive
- **Outline Job Description**:_
- Ensure that all guests are met with a warm and genuine welcome
- Provide friendly, attentive service that is tailored to the specific needs of each customer
- Offer advice and recommendations with confidence, based on your complete and up-to-date knowledge of all menus and the hotel products and services
- Prepare and maintain a safe and clean environment before and during service, with full awareness of the relevant Health & Safety and Food Hygiene procedures
- Always present yourself smartly and professionally: you are an ambassador for the company and play a crucial part in the successful delivery of excellent guest service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
