- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver H&S programs and initiatives in EMEA and ensure alignment with the Global Program
- Support the development and coordination of new H&S program areas in

partnership with the distributed team
- Work cross-functionally with internal partners to ensure compliance with BlackRock H&S standards and local regulations
- Support compliance verification across regulatory areas and internal policies and standards
- Manage relationships with partners across the region

Skills/Qualifications:

- Significant experience in H&S program operations
- Strong, broad understanding of regulations in relation to health, safety, and the environment
- Experience with program delivery and monitoring / reporting program success through metrics
- Advanced skills in MS Office, including Excel, Access, Word, Power Point and Outlook
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy with strong time management skills
- Strong, clear verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working effectively in a matrix organization

Our hybrid work model

BlackRock’s current hybrid work model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while supporting increased flexibility for all employees. In line with local health guidance and regulations, employees are required to work at least 3 days in the office each week, with the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
