This Tutor role teaching Maths and English is offered ona freelance basis teaching functional skills online remotely to learners from basic level to level 2.

In this role you will be required to; Help raise expectations and aspirations of our learners, to enthuse, motivate and createownership of own learning. The learners are mainly European learners that wish to I improve their lives and job prospects living in the UK.

You will enable progression through accredited and structured programmes designed to meet the needs and interests of our learners. Work with learners to develop personalised learning plans, to equip them with the skills, knowledge and behaviours facilitating positive progress towards their longer term aspiration. Continually develop your practice and skills, to engage in new initiatives and, to share best practice with colleagues. Experience in delivering functional skills is essential.

Quality of delivery is at the heart of what we do, observations and support programmes are in place ensuring the learners enjoy and thrive through learning.

This role will involve teaching on a evening 6-9pm or a weekend. we have a number of nights available from a minimum of 2 to a max or 4 nights per week plus time for planning, this is a great opportunity to add extra hours if you work through the day.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £22.00-£25.00 per hour
