**We’re seeking an Administrator / Receptionist to join the service department at our clients successful car dealership, in Aberaeron.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Interpreting customer concerns and comments and liaising with technicians
- Booking/scheduling vehicle services
- Liaising with customers about any work required
- Estimating time and costs associated with repairs
- Responding to customer requests
- Producing customer invoices
- Completing all relevant administration promptly and accurately
**Successful applicants will possess the following skills**:
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication, inter-personal and organisational skills
- The ability to build rapport and relationships with both internal and external customers
- Organised and with a great attention to detail
- Flexible to work in other areas of administration within the business
- A full, clean driving licence (desirable)
**Working hours**:
- Monday to Wednesday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Thursdays & Fridays: 8.30am - 5.00pm
- _**NO WEEKEND WORK**_
**Salary**:
- £22,000 - £24,000
- Salary negotiable, depending on your experience
