Working with our partner NSK Bearings we are recruiting for experienced CNC Setter/ Operators on a permanent basis.

These roles will be working on a 3 shift rotation, 8hrs shifts comprising of earlies, nights and afters.

The positions will be based within the Precision Assembly Department.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- To set & operate a CNC Rotary Surface Grinder.
- Grinding components to Preload, flat & flush tolerances in line with the daily throughput targets.
- Maintaining the required m/c asset care.

We are looking for you if you have:

- Great attention to detail
- The ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures.
- The ability to work as part of a team as well as working alone.
- Problem solving techniques.

Starting salary £27590.16, reviewed after initial training completed

Further development and progression

Overtime is time and half during weekdays and Saturdays and double on Sundays

25 days holiday plus BH (days to be saved to cover summer and Christmas shutdown)
