Tanker/jetting Engineer

**Due to expansion an exciting new position has been established for an enthusiastic and experienced Tanker/Jetting Engineer to join our successful growing team.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of all works undertaken;
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects;
- Operate CCTV camera equipment and communicate effectively with providing reports/photos;
- Repairs and maintenance to sewage systems, drain/gullet cleaning, and pump stations etc ;
- Use high pressure water jet to clear blocked drains;
- Ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times, in accordance with all technical standards;
- Keeping the tanker in a clean and roadworthy condition;
- Willingness to travel across the UK but predominantly in your base area.

**Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities**:

- Full Clean UK Driving Licence witha current Driver Qualification Card andDIGI Tacho Card;
- Have a positive 'can do’ attitude;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent time keeping skills;
- Excellent customer service skills - taking pride in delivering your work to the highest standards;
- Knowledge of drainage and jetting equipment;
- Knowledge of the UK road network is desirable;
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate;
- CSCS Card;
- Level 2 Award - Working in High Risk Confined Spaces;
- IPAF - Mobile Vertical (3a) + (3b) Mobile Boom desirable;
- PASMA - Mobile Access Tower for Users desirable;
- UKPIA / SPA Petrol Retail Contractors Safety Passport desirable.

**Working Days**:

- Monday to Friday, with the occasion weekend working;
- You will also be required to participate in providing emergency call-out cover, which could involve evening, night, and weekend working.
