**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming phone calls, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing customer inquiries.
- Follow up on leads received through our marketing campaigns, ensuring they are efficiently passed on to the Sales Manager.
- Support the Sales Manager with follow-ups on leads that require further attention, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at our trade counter, providing them with a warm welcome and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the company, maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as maintaining and updating customer records in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness and that customer information is up-to-date and readily accessible.
- Handle purchase orders, supplier queries, and other general administrative tasks to support operations.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolution to any issues that may arise and effectively escalating them to the relevant team member when necessary.
- Proactively contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment, supporting team members as needed.

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a receptionist or administrative capacity.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Motivated team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise workload effectively.
