Do you want to make a difference in young people’s lives?

We provide **residential care** for young people from ten to eighteen years old and are looking for a Day Shift Care Worker at a care home near **Drongan, Ayrshire**.

We provide a homely, safe and supportive environment and promote responsibility, growth, learning and positive outcomes for young people who come to stay with us.

As part of a team, you will provide day-to-day care, support and direction to young people with challenging emotional and behavioural needs. The role requires you to work by childcare practice and use planned activities as a medium for healing. I

You can work **10 am to 10 pm shifts (13 shifts every 4-week rota). Overtime, on-call and sleepover payments are additional to salary,**

Whilst previous experience would be desirable, excellent support skills, the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are just as critical.
