Trespass Outdoor Clothing - Letchworth

Trespass are looking for a dynamic individual to assist the Manager

The post will involve managing the store on a day to day basis.

Managing the store includes:
All aspects of business Management

Setting goals and targets with a plan to achieve them.

Liaising with external businesses to seek new sales opportunities.

Opening/locking up of the store and all cash handling, delivery & Health & Safety procedures.

All aspects of HR and performance management.

All Visual Merchandising aspects of the store:
Changing Windows

Changing displays and mannequins around the store.

Store Layout Changes.

POS and "Sale Ready" promotions.

Replenishment to ensure the store is well stocked as part of the VM look.

Commercial thinking approach.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £8.58-£10.22 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: One location
