**Job Purpose**:To carry out a wide range of landscape and Gardening related duties from Moreton in Marsh and Gloucestershire area.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
Key duties include (but are not limited to) the following:

- All aspects of Landscaping and gardening to an excellent standard
- Groundwork and Building aspects nice to have but not essential.
- Property Maintenace beneficial but full training will be provided
- Perform gardening duties such as planting, pruning, lawn mowing, wildflower maintenance, hedge cutting, weed control and mulching, irrigating planted areas, leaf collection etc
- Have experience of operating machinery
- Complying with the Company Health and Safety standards and always ensure appropriate PPE.
- Driving to various sites as and when necessary
- Undertaking training to obtain further skills to the benefit of yourself and the Company.

Take proactive steps to ensure and enhance their health, safety and wellbeing and that of staff.
Carry out your duties in a manner that promotes equality of opportunity and supports diversity and inclusion.

**Education and qualifications**:

- 2 years + experience
- Driving licence is a must, driving vans, diggers and tippers is a bonus

**Preferred types of Knowledge and experience**:

- Previous experience of working on various landscaping projects
- Own tools and PPE as necessary for various tasks
- Capable of working from drawings and specifications and other documentation without the need for direct supervision
- Familiar with all aspects of landscaping works on a construction site and properties.
- Knowledge of Building Regulations
- Current full driving licence to enable the postholder to travel to site.
- A basic understanding of Health & Safety.
- Experience of dealing with asbestos in the work place.

- Able to lift heavy objects, kneel, bend and crouch as required
