**Part Time Field Merchandiser - Visual Merchandising, Luxury Cosmetic Brands**

ESM, a long established expert in Luxe Visual Merchandising is seeking a regional Manager for the Central South region which includes NEWCASTLE and the North East of England amongst a total of 25 stores to be visited on a 2 monthly basis.

This role requires a high quality individual with an eye for luxury and ideally some experience in luxury VM. The role willl be to visit each nominated vendor in your region and report accurately on standard of VM, counter maintenance, marketing materials andoverall look and feel.

This is a unique opportunity for a self starting individual who can plan and manage their own work schedule and also wants to be part of a national team driving improvements.

Own transport required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Working from your home base the tasks will include visiting all the specified stores in your region, cultivating working relationships withthe counter managers, reporting on stock and marketing material availability as well as repair and remedial actions required by the store and counter managers. This actions will be reported back to head office from which we will follow up on progress.

Other tasks include
- Take photos of overall counter on arrival (rate standards)
- Check HL and glorifier visuals thoroughly and log any issues - rippling/marks/low res/out of date imagery/incorrect visual
- Check media screens and report any issues
- Check counter for maintenance issues and log all - chips/scratches/broken locks/damaged hinges/marks
- Check counter for cleanliness and log issues
- Check planograms throughout and rectify to match where possible
- Log all missing grids
- Log missing testers
- Log missing stock lines
- If planogram can not be completed with collateral/stock available in stock, adjust to ensure best possible ON BRAND display possible
- Check state of all on counter POSM (card display/acrylic risers/props etc) and log all issues/remove if not at an acceptable level
- Take photos of overall counter upon competition
- Throughout liaise with in store consultant to ensure they understand and learn from the changes made - inspiring them to maintain highVM standards in between visits
- Make note of any other concerns from the in store consultant (VM related)"

**Qualifications and Skills**
- VM field experience
- Strong understanding of Beauty & Lux VM
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High quality standards
- Eye for detail
- Efficient and organised
- Driving Liscence and own transport.
- IT Proficient (able to use apps and common programs such as excel and word)

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: £1,000.00-£1,500.00 per month
