**Come and make a difference at Karbon as a Reception Host**

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Reception Host within the Assets and Regeneration Team.

**About the role**

Providing a high-quality colleague and customer experience as first point of contact, greeting and signing in external visitors to the organisation, dealing with any deliveries and ensuring parking procedures and controls are maintained within the office car park area. Point of contact for sub-contractors attending site. Administration duties, logging repairs, creating purchase orders and processing invoices.

**About you**

An experienced receptionist with a strong background in customer facing roles. Social housing knowledge and experience would be advantageous. Ability to work on your own initiative and the ability to multi-task.

- Reception Host - fixed term until 31 July 2023
- Salary is £19,768 per annum
- Location: Greengates, Stanley Office
- 37 Hours per week - Monday to Friday
