**We are currently hiring a Housing Support Worker to join our inspiring and friendly team at Somerset AHMS, Yeovil.**

Working hours: Monday - Friday (no weekend work) - full-time - 35 hours per week - Drivers with access to a car is desirable

**Somerset AHMS support adults with mental health needs in the community, living in their own homes, for one hour per week. The role involves supporting those individuals with tenancy sustainment and helping them towards living independently.**
