As our Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in creating visually stunning and impactful designs for a wide range of projects, including print and digital materials, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.

Based at our headquarters in Littlehampton, you will report directly to our Head of Design and Social Media and have the opportunity to work in a friendly, fast-paced office environment. Join us and take your career to the next level with The IPG

**Responsibilities**:

- Work within the creative team to conceptualise and develop designs for various projects
- Design and create graphics for print and digital materials, including but not limited to brochures, storefronts, websites, events and social media content
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project goals and requirements

**Requirements**:

- A passion for Graphic Design
- A portfolio showcasing a variety of creative outcomes
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of video editing is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- An interest in social media is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills
