Heart & Soil works across Ascot, Bagshot, Bracknell, Camberley, Chobham, Sunningdale, Sunninghill, Windsor, Windlesham, Woking, Wokingham and Virginia Water.

We have both regular and one-off customers, and the gardens we tend to require a wide variety of tasks - everything from design and planting plans, to lawn care and border management. No job is the same and we work on gardens all year round, so we are looking for someone who enjoys being outside in all weathers and who is ready to adapt their skills depending on the job required.

You will be responsible for all aspects of garden maintenance including:
Lawn care & turfing
Bed creation & maintenance
Soil improving
Planting
Pruning
Hedge cutting
Weeding
Fencing
Jet washing
Garden clearances
Using Machinery both hand-held and ride on
Mowing
Edging
Some possible design work
Some soft and hard landscaping
And much more

A keen interest in plants and nature

Enjoys working outside

Good practical skills, ideally including knowledge of machinery/ mechanical skills

The ability to use your own initiative

A good level of fitness and strength

A good communicator for both team work and client management

Self-motivated and a positive attitude

Attention to detail
Efficient time management
Driving license (no more than 6 points)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £26,000.00 per year
